Important Note for Our Past and Existing Clients

In the past, we have worked with many clients on web design, e commerce, and digital projects. This post clearly explains what happened with some of our older communication channels, and what it means for you if we have worked together before.

What happened to our old contacts and files?

Previously, we mainly used Skype to communicate with clients, and we also managed projects and files through the email account connected to our earlier website, ecomgenesis.store, and its cloud drive.

Two things happened over time:

  1. Our old Skype access was discontinued
Due to changes and issues with our old Skype account, we lost access to many chats and contact details stored there.

  2. We lost access to the Gmail account linked to ecomgenesis.store
That Gmail address was also connected to a cloud drive where some client files and details were stored. Losing access to that account meant losing part of that data as well.

There was no security breach or data leak involved. It was only an access loss issue (old accounts and tools), not a hack.

Who is affected?

Because of this, there are now two groups of past clients:

  1. Clients whose data and contact details are still available
These are clients whose information we also stored in our newer systems, or who continued to stay in touch through updated channels.

    • We still have your basic contact details.

    • In some cases, we still have your project history and files.

  2. Clients whose details were only on old Skype or the old Gmail
For some older projects, the only record we had was in those old accounts.

    • We may no longer have your email, Skype ID, or full project history.

    • You might not receive any automatic update from us because we simply do not have your current contact information.

What we are doing next

For clients whose data we still have in our current records, we will:

  • Contact you by email with

    • Any pending payment details, if applicable

    • Any open questions or clarifications needed to close or restart a project

    • Updated contact information and the best way to reach us in the future

Our goal is to make sure that:

  • No genuine pending payments or obligations are left unclear

  • Any project that needs a final round of support can be handled properly

  • You know how to contact us on our current platforms and website

If you are a past client and reading this

If we have worked together before and you:

  • Have not heard from us recently, or

  • Previously contacted us only via Skype or the ecomgenesis.store email, or

  • Believe there is a pending payment, open task, or need for support

Please reach out to us using the contact details on this website.

When you contact us, it helps if you can include (if available):

  • Your name or business name

  • Rough time frame of the project

  • The type of work we did for you (for example, website design, store setup, redesign)

  • Any old invoice, link, or reference you still have

This will help us quickly match you with any records we still hold and respond accurately.

Moving forward

If you are an existing or past client and have any doubts about your project, files, or payments, you are always welcome to contact us directly. This post exists for transparency and to make sure no one feels ignored or left behind because of the technical issues with our previous accounts.
